Neil M White on the Masculine by Design Mancast
The Masculine by Design Mancast is quickly becoming one of the most listened to podcasts for men with over 12,000 listens and downloads to date.
So I was pleased to be invited on the show by host Craig James to chat about all things related to fatherhood and of course, A Father’s Mission.
We hit it off really well being on the same page on a whole host of issues, much of which is discussed in the interview including:
- Why fathers need to be willing to overcome fear (and how to do it).
- How to pass your values and beliefs onto your kids.
- The importance of being a leader of your tribe.
- Why gender is not a social construct.
And much more.
This has easily been my most in depth and personal interview yet. It’s a testament to Craig’s style as an interviewer how much I was willing to reveal from my personal story.
(Read about Craig’s perspective here)
It’s exciting to be able to connect with Dads like Craig who value the things I do: moral courage, discipline, a deep love and respect for their families and the desire to succeed.

I definitely learned a lot from speaking with Craig including why it’s difficult to connect with our daughters (and why that’s OK) and the importance of cultivating tribe ritual around meal times and I hope that we’ll be able to do a follow up in the not too distant future.
